Cancellation Policy

With booking a session, Indemnitor agrees to this cancellation policy. All appointments are reserved with a credit card on file only. In the event you need to cancel, I ask the courtesy to do so prior to 24h before the appointment. All early cancelations will be refunded or the prepaid appointment moved to another day, depending on client preference. If however cancellation occurs less then 24h prior to appointment or later then 12 pm the day prior, your prepayment will not be refunded. If you did not pay prior to your appointment, you will be send an invoice for your missed session in the amount of the session that was booked. The invoice has to be paid within two weeks. If he, the indemnitor, comes to his appointment sick and has to be send home, or he leaves before or during the appointment or whose appointment is cut short for any reason, 100% of the service price will be billed. In case that your insurance pays for his services, they don't cover late fee and no-show charges. In that case he is responsible to pay for those missed sessions himself.
